Q & A

What's your favorite project you've worked on?

The concept of “Doing the Right Thing” is a core value that deeply resonates with me, embodying a principle of integrity and ethical behavior that I consider crucial in both personal and professional contexts. The emphasis placed on acting truthfully, openly, and fairly in all situations and interactions, even when faced with challenges or the temptation to take shortcuts, grants this value significant importance. A guiding principle that has served me well involves instilling in my children the age-old adage, “remember who you are when no one is watching.” This statement highlights the notion that an individual’s true character is revealed in their actions when no one else is around to witness them, and only they themselves are cognizant of their deeds. It is in these moments that one’s genuine nature becomes apparent, showcasing their dedication to actually doing what is right.

What's your favorite part about working at the company?

What I enjoy are the challenges and how they differ widely on any given day. We wear a variety of hats on any given day. Although there are difficult times, I am one of the few people that can honestly say that I do not mind getting up and going to work each day. I realize that sounds like a cliché, but I feel privileged to be able to say that. There are very few people who can make that statement and mean it.

Where in the world would you like to travel to next?

I would like to see Ireland/Scotland. Although I travel frequently, I seldom get to see anything outside of the United States. I just feel it would be an interesting and fascinating trip.

Q & A

What's your favorite part about working at the company?

This is an easy one – For me it’s genuinely feeling part of a team, a family that has purpose and helps each other. The assurance of knowing that when you’re struggling or stuck, there is always someone just around the corner that is happy to assist and help. A very collaborative and nurturing environment.

Which core value do you relate to the most?

Strive for excellence. I believe striving for excellence rather than settling for mediocracy, is essential for influencing positive outcomes within our environment. Upholding a high standard and delivering our best efforts will benefit our clients and establish standards for others to follow and by demonstrating dedication to excellence serves to inspire a culture of hard work and success. Its contagious!

Where in the world would you like to travel to next?

I have been fortunate to have done a little travel abroad exploring several destinations. The United States, in particular offers so many amazing opportunities for exploration. As a passionate and avid outdoorsman with a deep passion for hunting, my ultimate location is in the Rocky Mountains chasing dreams! A close second would be balloon riding over the “Valley of Kings and Queens” in Egypt!
