Clayton State University, one of the newer state universities in Georgia, currently has an undergraduate enrollment of just under 6,000 students, many of which call the campus student housing their home.

We are responsible for maintaining this on-campus student housing, which includes 17 buildings that accommodate 1,197 beds.

Our team performs regular facilities assessments to ensure all systems are working at the most optimal levels for residents and the university. We are responsible for day-to-day operations and service delivery, client communications, and quality control.
